IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING PHOTO SIZE REDUCER OR ULTRASHRINK: PHOTO & VIDEO COMPRESSOR (THE "APP").

This Agreement is a legal contract between you (the End-User) and Pawan Baxla ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Binding Contract & Acceptance

By checking "I AGREE" inside the application interface, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consented to all limitations of liability, zero-warranty clauses, and data operational terms listed herein.

2. License Grant

• We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial structural media utility needs.
• This license applies to mobile devices running compatible versions of the Android Operating System, specifically Android 7.0 through Android 17.

3. Description of Service & Privacy

• The App is a media optimization tool designed to compress photos and videos locally while preserving original EXIF data, such as GPS coordinates, camera models, ISO speeds, and creation dates.
• Your privacy is our highest priority, and all media processing and AI calculations happen entirely offline on your local device.
• We do not upload, store, or transmit your personal photos or videos to any cloud servers.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

While core application features may be offered for free (supported by advertising), premium features and functionalities are available via auto-renewing subscriptions. By choosing to subscribe, you agree to the following terms, which comply with Google Play Console policies:

• Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed and managed by the Google Play Store. Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charges: Your Google Play Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, identifying the cost of the renewal.
• Subscription Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by accessing your Google Play Account Settings after purchase. The Developer cannot manage, cancel, or modify your subscriptions directly.
• Refunds: All refund requests must be directed to Google Play Support and are strictly subject to Google Play's refund policies. Uninstalling the App will not automatically cancel your subscription.

5. User Responsibilities & Data Warranty

• Local Architecture Acknowledgment: You understand that the App executes all calculations locally on your physical processor.
• Copyright Compliance: You are fully responsible for the legality, copyright ownership, and licensing permissions of any photo or video file you input into the compression pipeline.
• Absolute Prohibition of Malicious Use: You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or break down the application binary files.
• System Integrity: You agree not to manipulate the system framework to circumvent advertising displays or policy constraints.

6. Acknowledgment of Advertising Financial Framework

• By deploying this software package, you explicitly accept that the continuation of free services relies entirely on programmatic background banners and interstitial ad configurations managed by Google AdMob.
• Any tool deployed to block, suppress, or strip these monetization metrics constitutes a material breach of license safety boundaries.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & High-Risk Data Warning

• "As-Is" Provision: THE APP AND ITS COMPONENT MODULES (INCL. PEEK ALGORITHMIC ASSIST, EXIF PARSERS, AND DIMENSION ENGINES) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
• No Implied Warranties: WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• File Modification & Corruption Warning: Media encoding, spatial scaling, and EXIF transfer involve fundamental bitstream alteration. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT RUNNING BATCH METADATA CHANGES OR RESOLUTION DOWNSCALING HAS AN INHERENT RISK OF CAUSING PERMANENT DATA CORRUPTION, CHROMINANCE SHIFTING, OR DISK WRITE ERRORS.
• Mandatory Local Backups: YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR RETAINING SECURE, SEPARATE, CLOUD OR PHYSICALLY DETACHED BACKUPS OF ALL RAW DIGITAL FILES BEFORE ATTEMPTING PROCESSING.
• Zero Data Responsibility: THE DEVELOPER ASSUMES ZERO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELETED OR UNRECOVERABLE MEDIA CORRUPTED BY THE COMPRESSION SERVICE.

8. Total Limitation of Liability

• TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE JURISDICTIONAL LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER, THEIR AFFILIATES, OR ASSOCIATES BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, SPECIAL LOSS, CONTEXTUAL EXAMPLES, DATA CORRUPTION CONVOLUTIONS, DEVICE OVERHEATING, OR LOSS OF DIGITAL MEMORIES.
• THE MAXIMAL ACCUMULATED FINANCIAL LIABILITY EXECUTED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE STRICTLY CAPPED AT ZERO DOLLARS ($0.00).

9. Google Play Compliance & Termination

• This license terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any terms of this EULA or if your device metrics violate safety policies enforced by the Google Play Store framework.
• Upon termination, you must cease all utilization of the software framework and purge the binaries from your device.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting in the competent courts of Guwahati, Assam.
