This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the "End-User") and Pawan Baxla ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our").

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consented to all provisions of this Agreement, including the disclaimers of warranties, strict user conduct rules, and total limitations of liability. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

You acknowledge that the free-tier availability of the App is supported by advertisements served by Google AdMob. Any attempt to modify, tamper with, block, or strip advertising telemetry or delivery frameworks within the App constitutes a breach of this license.

7. Third-Party Links & Disclaimers

The App redirects search queries to external third-party search engines and web destinations. We do not control, endorse, or verify the content, safety, integrity, or legality of third-party websites or downloadable files found through web searches. You access third-party links and download external files entirely at your own risk.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or related to this Agreement or the App shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guwahati, Assam, India.
